This one is looking over Cors Caron nature reserve near Tregaron on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains. It is made up of three raised bogs. A wonderful place to see wildlife and packed full of history too! There are board walks to take you into the bog with several hides and information boards with a history of the area in the larger hide.
You can also learn more in the Kite Centre in Tregaron about the history of the peat cutting that took place on the bog and about the people living in the area.
Cors Caron is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), a Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and a wetland of international importance (Ramsar site).
